Delivery Information

  • All delivery charges are subject to change
  • Next day deliveries are via a courier and will need a signature
  • All orders are accepted subject to availability of products.
  • Please note that your country may charge import costs for the products and Sarah Jones London is not liable for these charges
  • Our preferred couriers are Royal Mail and DHL.

Returns

Everyone at Sarah Jones London hopes that you enjoy your purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, however, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange, providing you return the item in its original condition within 14 working days of purchase.

Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists, you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.

Defects, incomplete orders, or incorrect delivery

If you are returning the goods owing to defects or incomplete / incorrect delivery, we will refund you both the price you paid for your goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for the return postage from the original delivery point to our distribution centre, please enclose a valid till receipt indicating the return postage costs.

Other problems

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, incomplete orders or incorrect delivery, you will be required to pay for the return of the item to us. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely, and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

When making a return, please ensure that you provide us with:

  • your name
  • address
  • order ID number
  • reason for return/exchange

Refund time

We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods. We will refund the price paid by you for the goods (including the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of being informed of your request for a refund.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
